Time worked as a Mid-level investment team member for Baird Capital’s global Industrial Solutions private equity team. He was esponsible for all aspects of the investment process from developing investment theses through deal sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio management. Tim led multiple due diligence processes for both completed and terminated acquisitions and was responsible for conducting internal due diligence as well as managing third-party diligence providers, arranging transaction financing, and supporting execution of transaction documents.
